Online Sessions are given using Skype or AIM (Windows or Mac) or iChat (Mac).

What you will need:

High-speed broadband internet connection
Headphones or a videoconferencing headset
Webcam with audio and video enabled (optional)

Skype is a free downloadable internet software program that can be used to make phone calls and video phone calls anywhere in the world.  Download it for free.

iChat is a free instant messaging software application by Apple for their Mac OS X operating system. It has audio, video and screen-sharing capabilities that works with AIM accounts as well.  More info can be found here.
